Raised without hormones or antibiotics in fields where they are free to root through fertile soils, we feed your pork nutritious, recycled dairy products which produce incredibly rich and moist cuts.
USDA certified and custom processing options available. Custom processing allows them to close their life right on our farm as well, enjoying a peaceful life from birth to harvest. Coming soon: more information on custom processing.
A whole pig typically hangs around 230 pounds and yields approximately 150 pounds of meat including your choice of:

Tenderloin
Roasts
Ribs
Ham
Sausage
Bacon
$5/lb per hanging weight + smoking fees, roughly $3/lb. Processing fees subject to change.
Balance due in full at time of pick-up. USDA processed animals can be picked up at the farm or at the processor. Custom processed animals must be picked up at processor.
